Bad rom?
« on: October 21, 2013, 06:23:04 pm »
In my Wrestlemania game at the start up it checks the roms and gives me a "bad rom" U129. I checked and it's seated firmly in the socket so any other ideas?

It could have corrupt data on it. But you can also get bad rom results from improper voltage and other boardset issues.

Since it is just a single rom I would order a new programmed rom from hobbyroms or someplace else that will burn one for you.
