Selling Ninja Gaiden PCB with Marquee for $25 shipped anywhere in the USA. 

The board was tested and working on 2/16/2006.  Since then it's just been sitting in the original box in my closet.  I don't have any way of testing, but you should check for loose components before applying power.  Attached are pictures of the PCB, marquee and the original note from who I bought this from.
