FS Biostar Motherboard w/ Intel Core 2 Duo Processor $40 or $70 4gb [Florida,USA

Hi all, I recently upgraded my cpu and motherboard so i could get more sata ports.  Before i post this on fleabay, I will offer to sell here.  I have a Biostar G31d-M7 motherbaord with a Intel Core 2 Duo 2.93 ghz processor. 

I can do it for $40 shipped to the US for the MB/Processor.  \

I also found the memory modules.  2x2gb DDR making it 4GB total.  I will do everything for $70 shipped.  Please le tme know.

I took a picture of it next to a harddrive so you can see the size.
