Custom Control Panel Layout Software?

I remember a few years back when I was more into the hobby there was a CP layout program.

I need something that has "footprints" of different controls(trackball, joysticks, buttons) so I can lay it out and make sure it will all fit underneath the panel.  Can someone please point me to the latest and greatest of the available software that does this now?
