VFM2-L1, not sure what goes where?
« on: September 26, 2013, 06:18:29 pm »
Hello everyone,

I just obtained a coin slot machine with a VFM2-L1 unit. Here's the picture:

So, my question is, what exactly do I need to get this thing connected? It has what looks like an IDE cable going from the device to the label box, and back again. Then, a single wire with a connector made up of a bunch of tiny wires.

Looks like it's just plug and play, but not sure where this thing is supposed to plug into. Looks like there's some pins on the bottom of the label box but nothing is connected into it.

Do I need to remove the plastic part and wire this thing in to the coinslot manually?

I know there's a billion topics on this, but I didn't see any particular pictures so I wanted to make a topic of my own.
