Any of you guys had experience with Raine, how does it compare to Mame? #justasking

Most of the emulations are based on 10 year old knowledge..

performance was always better than MAME even on like-for-like emulation 10 years ago, but 10 years of emulation advancement is quite significant when it comes to the overall experience and pretty much everything it emulates is well within the reach of a modest machine in MAME these days.

it always had a built-in mouse driven gui when MAME didn't, it however lacked any advanced debugging features.

the unique hook it still has is probably the EmuDX support, with the EmuDX versions of games being emulations where the graphics and sound have been completely redone at a much higher resolution than the originals.
