Wiring question with power

Hi

I'm converting an old cabinet into a simple candy cabinet for a friend foot his movie theater.

Three control panel is in working condition and is still wired.

I want to be able to use the start button to power on the lights for marquee and the lights under the shelves.  How do i go about doing this?
