North Coast Customs still around?
« on: September 09, 2013, 05:04:24 pm »
Hi all,

I've been thinking about ordering a cabinet from North Coast Custom Arcades, but have been unable to reach them.   I sent two e-mails last week, and called twice today.   The e-mails weren't answered, and the phone calls ring for a long time before I am asked to put in a private access code.  (I would have expected a voice mail of some sort.)    ??? ??? ???

Are these guys still in business?  Does anyone have a way to reach them?  (Do any of them hang out here?)

Thanks!

I'll answer my own question.   For fun I just tried calling them again and managed to get someone.   So they are very much in business still.   The guy I talked to was really helpful in answering my questions!   Looking forward to ordering some kits from these guys!

They are normally a furniture mfg, and get crazy busy. Sometimes you've got to be persistant with them, but they are definitely there!

Did you order anything from them yet?

I ordered a 4p panel from them a few years ago with a custom layout made with their software. I remember asking them a few questions through email and never got a response. I payed and emailed them my layout, again to no response. A few months later I received my panel with my custom layout, exactly as I ordered, all with never speaking a single word with them.
