PC3200 is faster... but it's probably irrelevant for 99% of MAME games.

MAME is quite memory intensive, lots of read/write access, so decent memory is advised, but isn't going to make as much difference as a good machine in the first place, so with such an outdated piece of hardware the difference is probably going to be negliable.
