« on: August 26, 2013, 02:15:27 am »
Ok so been doing research in this forum about how many buttons can j-PAC control. And the answer is 8 per player so this is the weird part how come now I'm using 5 per player  (2 players cab) plus 2 coin slots  and I'm not using any of the extra terminals on the j-PAC  ( the ones u just screw) and that's 5 per player plus ground .
""""" so ima b able to set 20 buttons...........????????

the jamma standard can support 5 buttons per player. Most/some jamma looms run grounds out of the space where buttons 4 and 5 are and are only wired for 3 buttons. That's why the screw terminals are labels SW4 SW5 SW6 SW7 and SW8.

Jamma 3 buttons and 5 terminal buttons = 8 buttons
