Subject line says it all. Can I hook up both my arcade monitor and LCD monitor at the same time?

Nope.. one or the other.. unless you can find a resolution/mode that BOTH supports.. which is unlikely
Arcade = 15Khz
LCD = 31Khz

I think.. :)

what Arcade monitor do you actually have? if it's tri-sync then you might be in luck..

Yes, and I do it all the time. This has been explained a hundred times. You just need to setup each screen as a separate desktop from XP's display properties dialog, then assign the right video mode for each of them: a 15 kHz mode for the arcade monitor (e.g. 640x480@60i), and a whatever kHz mode for the LCD (e.g. 1920x1080@60).

So it's changed from this then?

Ok I see what you mean, but those are differnt things. You can't drive two different  types of monitors from Groovymame -currently- at the same time, as it would be the case of  the lcd marquee setup type. However you can have two different monitors  attached, and configure groovymame so that some games run on one of them and some on the other, e.g. classic low res games on the arcade monitor, and modern high res ones on an lcd or pc crt, everything without having to reconnect wires , etc.
