Is my LCD Monitor power board dead? [VIDEO]

One of the monitors in my pinball build is playing up. It comes on for about 5 mins then starts flicking on and off until it just stays off. Pretty sure it's not the back light as when it flicks on and off it shows the on screen menu for a few seconds each time, the same way it does when you first power it on, which is what leads me to believe it is the power board.

Model is an LG M2900S-BN, not sure if it uses a generic LG power board or if I need a special one or repair this one, not sure where to start.
