I have a complete Playboy pinball backbox (without the rest of the table). I want to hook up the GI lights to an appropriate power supply to use as a display in my office. There are 29 #44 bulbs (6.3v .25a) in the GI. I have numerous power adapters left over from cd players, calculators, etc., so I'd like to use one of those, or I could pickup something at Radio Shack. I know nothing about electricity so I don't know what voltage or amperage I'm looking for, or if there are minimum/maximums of either that I should be aware of. Any help is most appreciated, I would obviously prefer not to have this thing blow up in my face or set the house on fire!

I would suggest that you take a standard ATX PC power suply, and connect them to the 5V line. It will have plenty of power, which I don't think a left over from a CD player would (since they are usually like .5 - 2 A rated).
