LED Wiz and Electric Ice Buttons with some Nova Gems Question

For those of you with experience on the Electric Ice LED's an Nova Gem LEDs I have a quick question.   Do you need resistors on all those wires or are they built in?  I'm looking at hooking up my CP and I can't seem to find an answer to this.  In the threads I've looked at, it doesn't look like anyone added any and they just attached the 5V to the LED Wiz?

Can't speak for the Nova GEMs.  However, I bought the Electric Ice w/ the RGB Drive II LEDs and they include resistors: http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=83&products_id=240
