Problems with emdkay.com?

has anyone had any problems ordering from emdkay?  i ordered a blank marquee *just the plastic nothing printed on it* and a couple of retainers, its been 2 months and i still dont have it    i emailed him twice *once about a month in and then again about 2-3 weeks after that*  and both times they answered within 24 hours, and both times told me the same "sorry i over looked your order and it will ship out tomorrow"  no problem, i know stuff happens. but still nothing so then last Wednesday i emailed him back asking for a refund and haven't heard back,  and now its to late to open a dispute with paypal.   i mean, they seem nice and professional and i kept my emails nice and professional *i did NOT email him with WHERE IS MY ---steaming pile of meadow muffin---?!!?!?!? i figured being courteous would get me farther but i guess not* 

did i just get ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- luck or did i just order from the wrong place?

Go have some 1/8" thick stuff cut to your size at a hardware store.
