Feel free to list other options, but don't forget to tell us why you think it's the best.

Ultrastick 360. It is analog, programmable and durable (no moving parts). And so it supports the widest range of games.

I have 3 of them and i really like them. MagStick Plus on the other hand doesn't have the right feel for me. I haven't tried the other ones.

My only experience was with the mag stick plus. While they seemed of good quality, I didn't like how they felt. At that point, I realized that with the exception of dig dug, all of the games I would play were 8-way. I purchased the sanwa jlf silent kit from paradise arcade. I like how I can easily change the throw and springs. If ultimarc implemented this sort of changeability into their mag stick, they would be excellent! It really pissed me off having to buy another handle just to have a ball top. They should have an option to let you choose what handle you wish, and not force you to buy two handles if you want a ball top.

J-Stik

...but I just ordered a ServoStik as I am lazy when it comes to changing the restrictor position.

Used to have Magstik Plus. Good product but too short of a throw.

Recently got Servostiks & prefer them. Longer throw plus keen motorized switching.

That reminds me......the ServoStik looks easy to switch, but the UltraStik looks more difficult with the front restrictor plates. How hard is it to switch an UltraStik 360 from 8 to 4-way and back?

X Arcade - I just love the bloody clicking sounds when playing DigDug, the amazing quality of the stick and the sexy ergonomic handle of the controller.....

I just started using the Servostick and I like it. I had to trim some of the parts to get a smooth transition from 4 to 8 way though. Before the arm would get stuck half way from some of the reviews this seemed like a common issue with them. I am not sure if a new design was released or not.

Yes, we had a new mold made for the restrictor plate.

Hey Andy since your responding to this how about responding why the Mag Stick doesn't come with an option of getting a ball top instead of us having to buy it seperately?
