WTB " MAPPING THE AMIGA " Book

I am looking for a book but I can't get it. Its an old book called,
"MAPPING THE AMIGA" its a programming book. Its out of print.

If someone has a copy they don't mind letting go of. I will give you $30 plus cheap posting charged at cost.
And if someone has it in the UK. Well that might be too much to ask.

Not sure if they can ship to England, but there's a used one here for <$10.

Does it have to be a printed copy ?? -- Found a PDF version along with many other AMIGA books HERE - http://www.bombjack.org/commodore/amiga-books.htm
