NSM Performer Wall Factory Restore???

Anyone know how to do a factory restore on an NSM Performer Wall? I sold one and the guy called and said it was coming up with an error code 30 & 70. I think a factory restore would clear the error code 30.

nsm error codes
p30=memory contains (control unit) invalid correction = no correction nessary,program step pxxx (in display 1) is autoatically reprogrammed
p70=mallfuction of operating control correction =no correction nessary

ya u can perty much bet the batt/ram is going south
there easy to replace,then u reprogram your p-code's
