The CD-100 series uses # 73 miniature lamps. They are 12 volt bulbs, but in the CD-100 B they are wired series-parallel and connected to the 28 volts circuit through a dropping resistor. The resistor is mounted on a terminal block inside the amplifier compartment above the jukebox power transformer assembly. Sometimes that resistor will go open circuit and kill power to all the miniature lamps. It is also quite possible that all or most of the bulbs to be burned out. One bulb getting burned out will break the circuit to the next one wired to it.
Also, from my experiences over the years, these bulbs have very delicate filaments. So if you do find one that is still good, five minutes later it will burn out from being handled. What I do is automatically replace ALL the # 73 lamps at the same time with brand new ones. It saves a lot of headaches for sure. Oh, be very careful with the sockets. They are very delicate and get brittle with age. If the sockets break, it will break the circuit to the next lamp. The parts department of your local Rowe jukebox distributor stocks the sockets and bulbs.
If your sockets are good and you only need bulbs and need them right now, most auto parts stores stock the # 73 lamps. They are used as dashboard lights in some cars.
