  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
Troubleshooting some things not powering up on my Ms. Pacman upright. (coin door lights, marquee) I've pretty much determined marquee issue to be ballast needs replacing.

Since the machine is a conversion, although having all original power/wiring for Ms. Pacman, the MT-80 transformer is in charge of powering the PCB and coin door lights. The only actual wiring left hooked up to it on the output side is for the coin door lights, rest is/has been cut from main harness to game board (old Jamma conversion) and bundled aside. I know I could probably tap the coin light wires into something else, but no harm in tracking down a working replacement transformer? I'm assuming in my current setup, it's not technically needed. The MT-82 transformer is working fine, powering monitor and other areas of the cabinet.

Anyone know where to get an MT-80 transformer? (eBay an option, one there now, listed as untested which most often means dead)
