Electric ice-t trackball mounting plate

I'm looking I get the ice-t trackball and I noticed you can buy a mounting plate separate, now I know it may seem obvious but does it come with one?
I just want to make sure

it does not. and I reccomend getting one. it makes mounting it easier.
