This is one of the most bizarre video games i've ever seen, and so of course it must be Japanese.
The object of the game appears simple, you have to jam a big plastic finger up someone's rear end. Why? I have no idea.
Built into the cabinet is a bent over backside, and on the screen in front of you appears the expression of the person as you shove the finger inside. The harder you shove the finger inside, the more points you score.

From the brochure:

"This is a fun game of spanking the people that make your life miserable. When you spank the character that you choose to punish, the face expression of the character will change as they scream and twitch in pain. The funny face expressions will make people laugh and relieve stress."

Yeah, I tried to talk the manager about it, but whenever kids were playing the game, he couldn't be found.

 

To make this game better it should let you scan pictures of people into it to ... I.E. Boss Ex-wife.

I actually like the design of the cab. (I am sooo opening myself up for ridicule with that statement - no, *not* the bum part.   ) Come on, it's got an integrated prize dispenser, how cool is that? (check the brochure if you haven't already.)

Fun for the hole - er - WHOLE family...  

This is a strange cultural thing.  When you're a kid in Japan, if you catch someone (your brother or sister etc) bending over, you poke them just like that, except they usually use both hands together.  Interlock your fingers, palms together, and point your index fingers forward, supported against each other.  It makes your fingers much more rigid, for extra poking power!  (Yes, I'm married to a Japanese girl, so I get to experience the cultural insanity first hand.  But hey, they have like 3 murders a year over there, so they're doing something right...)

I can imagine where the name came from.  You know the joke where the guy on a tribal island gets senteced to "death--by oonga boonga!"  Japanese folks always thing it's Boonga Boonga...
