Does the output transformer have any fuses on it on this model.If it is bad what problems would it cause

You can connect the output from the amp direct to the phono speakers should you wish for testing purposes.

I have answered one of your posts on another jukebox forum, with regards to your volume issues and where not to buy new transistors from.
