CPWizard, a few problems
« on: May 18, 2013, 11:00:53 am »
Hello,
1. When I invoke cpwizard from mame it seems first go back to my menu (mala which is in 1024x768) then display CPwizard menu in 640x480 on top of mala then requires button pressing before it finally shows fullscreen, then on exiting takes forever to get back to the game.

2. How do you get it to work with other emulators? I ticked N64 in the profiles which seems to point to the correct exe (project64.exe - I assume it is just looking for this process starting up to show the layout) but nothing happens, it only works for mame.

thanks.

I take it no replies means nobody else in the world has managed to get CPWizard to work either  :P

It's great for what it does in mame, but anything else just doesn't work. Well, for me anyway. I guess I'll just have to hack my MaLa front-end and put the buttons to use on the emulator menu somewhere.

Sorry.  I use CPWizard, just not with mala so that isn't going to help.

All I want is for CPWizard to show me a control panel when I start up nullDC, Project64, Stella, etc in the same way it does it for MAME so I guess using MaLa is irrelevant.

Sorry, hadn't had my morning coffee yet.  What I meant to say was that I had no experience with setting up anything beyond Mame with CPWizard.
