ArcadeVGA drivers won't install. r9200 version

I have been sitting on one of the OLD AGP arcadeVGA cards for a long time. I finally go to use it.

I did a fresh windows xp install on the system and I can install the CCC but I can't install the drivers, it says they aren't compatible. Any tricks or hints? Am I missing something?
