It's not down. Use a different provider. Seems comca$t blocks it.

Works for me.  Comcast blocks it for some reason.
They unblocked it once, but it was blocked again a couple months later.  :dunno

Thanks! Saw something about a possible DNS Threat elsewhere, perhaps comcast is being a bit paranoid.
