How long does Happ take to ship?

Hello. Can somebody tell me how long does Happ usually take to ship something? I ordered 2 controllers and about 20 buttons about 1 1/2 weeks ago and I sent a message asking to add something to my order if possible to please give me an ETA. So far, no reply. Do other people have good experience with their customer service?

I made two orders with Happ. The first one shipped right away. With the second one, after a week or two I emailed them to ask when it was going to ship and got a mail back the same day or the next that it was going out that day.

I guess it depends...

I ordered from them twice before....
its reasonably fast (since I use standard cheapest shipping)

most recent time, I placed another order from them on 6/4, still has not got it yet... emailed them, their support group replied the same day and a sales rep replied a day later (I think that's good, responsive support...) saying because I clicked a "wait till whole order complete and ship together" option, they have to wait for some item...

anyway... I just got an invoice number... but no tracking number yet.... but this time, its definitely slower...

maybe its summer and people are taking vacations ??...

Yeah, I usually use Bob Roberts, just send a check to him by priority mail on Monday, usually get the package by the following Monday, or sometimes even by Friday!

ive ordered from happs i think on 4 different occasions now, (monitor bezel, coin door, marquee holder, ash tray, cup holder, coin switches, etc/...) the parts i ordered were all in stock. when i chose 3 day it got there in 3 days. even when i chose normal ground it shiped on friday, and arrived on tuesday. (to canada) not bad.... it may not be the cheapest, but i like dependibility and the quick support ive received. and the quality of the product

Are you sure everything you order is in stock?

When filling out the order form, when did you speficy as a ship date?

just an update.... the order I put on 6/4, I got it yesterday... plus support replies quite fast... so, overall, I'm still satisfy with their service....

For all who are unaware of Bob Roberts, you may wish to see if he has what you need before you order from Happ.  I have found his stuff is less expensive than Happ.  He doesn't accept credit cards or paypal though.

When I went to Happ to order some parts their website said it was going to be 3 weeks before they had in the buttons I wanted.  I had heard good things about Bob Roberts on the message board so I thought I would give him a try.  I really didn't want to have to wait at least 3 weeks.  I sent him an email of what I wanted.  He replied the next day with an itemized list including prices for each and total shipping.  I sent him a check the next day and my parts arrived at the end of the following week.  Bob's price with shipping was about $15 less than Happ's before shipping.  Will I order from Bob again?  Definitely!

Attention folks in Canada:
From what I have heard Happ ships via UPS and then UPS sticks you guys with a brokerage fee when you pick up your stuff from them because they shipping it across the border.  To me this practice is just plain wrong.  They already charged for shipping the package to you and shouldn't be collecting even more money.  I don't know if you guys get charged a brokerage fee for packages via us mail or not (probably not) but Bob Roberts ships via US Priority mail.

It took Happs 21 days to send me 2 Supers and 20 buttons.... Yes, 21 painful days.
