Multiple Monitor Switcher?
« on: April 24, 2013, 02:20:50 am »
Hello,

I've been following this site for quite some time and finally decided to register now that I have been blessed off on making a cabinet for myself (the 4-5 other ones I built YEARS ago were done with scrap parts).  Here is my first of many questions towards building my own cabinet of awesome.

SITUATION:
I want to get one computer for all my computing needs, however I will be running anywhere from 3-4 monitors off of the same machine.  Here is the breakdown:  1 large (sadly a 32" unless a certain unnamed  :censored: company finally caves in a does some custom work on the cabinet for me...) monitor for the main cabinet which I will use to house/operate my few video game systems along with a PC for emulation.  2 smaller monitors for visualpin (and other like programs/emulators) plus the DMD display.

PROBLEM:
The setup with windows in/off itself will be a nightmere for me, however is it possible to run multiple monitors from a single video card, or alongside is it possible to use a switch box of sorts so that I may switch between the main monitor for the cabinet and the two other monitors for visual pinball?
