help with wiring up a jamma power supply and g07 monitor.

so I bought a jamma power supply thinking it was basically the same deal as a computer power supply. plug it into the wall, everything else plugs in the other side.
well, nope.

turns out you need wires, switches, distribution blocks, etc.
well, i wasn't prepared for that and have no idea what parts I need, or where the best place is to get them.

this link seems like a good description once you have all the pieces, but i'm not even that far yet. can anybody give me a hand with this who has already done it from scratch?
