MAME Rom issue.

I'm running MameUI on my cabinet.  When i originally downloaded all my roms some worked some didn't, now some that did work don't now.  I know for sure when i first started up the cabinet Tempest worked fine i played it for a few seconds, it hasn't worked since that day, and i played Tron just the other week, now it wont work either.  Both say they are missing files.  Ive reloaded the Roms onto another drive and changed the Rom Folder paths, still doesn't work.  Ive also re-Audited all my roms several times.   I have no idea at this point.  Is there a history file or some kinda file that saves data on the Roms, i can delete or wipe clean and start over.

This is tough.  So many slight adjustments could cause things not to work.  Here is a quick test.  Redownload MameUI again and just move the Roms folder to the new MameUI.  If it doesn't work something is wrong with the roms and you can redownload and work from there.  If it does work then some setting was changed on your old MameUI and just use the new one.
