Disappointed in Turnarcades UK
« on: April 01, 2013, 07:08:56 am »
Got say I'm a little disappointed in Turnarcades here in the UK, customer service which is non existent, after 2 emails, 1 website form and 1 tweet they still failed to contact me about buying one of their classic arcade kits. I assume they don't need the business, you'd think in this economic climate they'd be chasing every sales lead, anyhow if this is how they operate I'm glad I didn't purchase from them.

Well Turnarcades did eventually respond via twitter, thank you to them, but I've decided to build from scratch.

Well nobody is perfect, and sometimes messages do slip through the cracks.  I'm not defending the guy, but I am sure he is very interested in selling his kit.

His flat packs are competitively priced and shipping, which is better than cutting your fingers off and getting MDF dust in your lungs.  That mini cabaret of his is pretty good for what you get.

It is Easter too, so cut the guy some slack.  ;D

If you are self building let us know how you get on.
If I had only one wish, it would be for three more wishes.
