Rotating emus other than Mame in mala

My monitor is vertical but I'm really wanting to play some jump man on my arcade.
  I can't seem to figure out how to rotate non-Mame emulators.
  I have a 27" kitten multi sync mounted vertically.
  I have a arcadevga2 and even if I try to rotate from the control panel, it doesn't work.

Any help is appreciated
