Is there a place that sells stiffer springs? Or can i make is stiffer by stretching the spring?

you can stretch them. it adds a significant pressure. I add pressure to to my player one and player two start buttons.
You can also remove the spring entirely and rely on just the cherry switch for force.

Thanks, I stretched the spring and it's a lot better.
