DOS Cab with ability to play mpg music vids

Has anyone made a jukebox running dos (eg in a jamma cab) that can play music videos in mpg format? Is it possible?

The dos Quikview program could play avi files and Xing had an mpg (and maybe VCD?) player for dos...have no idea where to find that stuff now though.

Anyone else?
