Galaga is the king.  Of all of the games on my machine it is the one that gets the most play.  Even from kids who weren't born until 30 years after it was released.

Level 87 is my recent high ... where are you guys coming in at?

I typically get into the 20s and 30s, but I dont play as much as I would like to, I have other projects to finish, like Checkered Past.
