Mala refresh main game list issues

Hello all,
      I recently updated my Roms to v148 and tried to sort them with rom lister. I got a decent list that I liked but when I put the xml file into my mala configuration, Mala locks up every time I try to refresh the game list. Am I doing something wrong? Need some screen shots? It works fine when I just let Mala great the xml file. Thanks!

Sorry I hadn't been on here in a few days.

The problem turned out to be user error on my part.  What I was doing was after i generated the list, when Romlister asked to generate an xml file, it asked what format to make it in. I ended up selecting the wrong front end from the list. Therefore when I was trying to run it in mala it was causing it to crash.
