  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
Is there a standard size to control panels?
« on: March 06, 2013, 01:51:25 pm »
I have a Tekken 2 machine which appears to have previously been a Sega cabinet, and the control panel is made of a bent piece of some sort of sheet metal. I don't have any good pictures handy, but I was wondering if there is a standard size for the control panel sheet metal, which I could just buy cut to size so I could have a starting place to build my panel.

off the top of my head, and with no pictures, I suggest measuring the hole left by the old control panel and buying a piece that size, i can see why no else has answered now, hard to type a reply without it coming across as being completely sarcastic (really not trying to be)
Hit something hard enough it should work, if it dont the result can always be called art :)
