installing coin door?

Question,

How do you guys install your coin door into the cabinet.  Just got my mini over/under coin door from Happs.  There seems  to be some holes around the outside of the door/casing that I guess could be used to pass some sort of screw through.  Not sure how that would look though.  Or do you guys cut the hole in the cabinet just right so the coin door kind of "fits" in there and sits.

Any advice would be great.

There are mounting diagrams on the Happ website (same area where you bought it) that you should check out.  You could probably fairly easily make the hole tight enough so the screws are unecessary.  Just start with a hole that you know is a little bit too small and use an electirc sander to slowly make it larger.  If you accidentally make it too big you can always screw it in.  I know my coindoor fits in very snuggly, but I clamped it in anyway.  (Note: it is a full size, not a mini.)

Here's what I would do:

Cut out a hole that's just big enough for the coindoor to pass through, then fit the door into the hole.  Mark where the holes are in the flange and drill them.  Use 10-24 carriage bolts to attach the door to the cabinet.  Since the holes in the flange are square, the carriage bolts are a perfect fit.

Here is how I did it in a very simple way.

You put the coin door in front with the front of the wood plate.
Then you mark it all around with a pencil.
Finaly you measure (on all four sides) the distance between the borders and the hinge of the coin door.
You remove 1 mm and draw it on the wood.
You cut.
Then its just to make a little sanding so it fits perfectly with "almost" no need for screws ...
