Is it possible to map multiple controllers to Nestopia??
« on: February 26, 2013, 09:57:42 am »
I have currently a tankstick setup for player 1 and player 2..now I have the Retro usb adapters and two NES controller. I saw in the setup there is a option for controller 1,2,3,4. I mapped the NES controllers to controllers 3,4 thinking maybe it would work as additional controllers. However this was not the case it must be intended for the few 4 player games out there. Is it possible to keep the mapping on both my tank stick and these 2 nes controllers??

i never got it to work to map multiple inputs to one Player.  I just stick with the controller since its original.  I would also like to say there are some other great NES ems out there and I eventually went with JNES because of the RGB filters.  NESTOPIA crashed my config files so many times with mapped controllers and exit crashes.

Not a bad idea maybe ill keep it on the controllers instead of the sticks since it will ramp up the nostalgia a bit more. And so far Nestopia has been good to me but ill keep it in mind about jnes if it breaks balls.
