Other than that part, I think everything is fine. I'll try a test burn in the next few days or so and shoot some photos. How thick are you planning the blanks to be again?

Probably 1/2". 3/4" seems excessive.

45000 didn't vote but by not voting 44,850 helped decide. Hundreds of views and handfuls of votes.
