Total Noob 60-in-1 Settings Question

Hello, complete noob to multigame boards here.

I just got a Pac-Man cabaret with a 60-in-1 board installed.  Works great, but the settings on some games are wrong.  I know you need to change the dipswitch to get into test mode...but how do you advance past, say, the screen alignment?  What buttons are used to change things?  I've tried literally every button on this machine, but cannot seem to find the correct ones.
