HOW TO CONNECT SPINTRAK

Hello to allI'm new to the forum and I need some help.I have a few have a jamma cab, converted to mame with a PC, I installed inside a JPAC, after so many years I decisp to buy one SPINTRAK with USB interface, but I can not make it work.I plugged in the connector of the interface SPINTRAK in all possible ways and does not work, I tried to collegae the interface to the PC either directly to the usb port, but will not turn nemmeo led the way, both by JPAC PS2 adapter, in this way the interface led turns on, but it still does not work SPINTRAK.What am I doing wrong?

problem solved :( ;D
I had to unplug the mouse because it seems that he went into conflict with the SPINTRAK, I connected the first SPIN and then the mouse, and now both work.Thanks anyway.
