3/4" MDO - Southern Arizona

Do any of you buy chance know where to buy 3/4" MDO in Southern Arizona? I have called sooo many places, and can't seem to find it anywhere! Home Depot, Lowes, lumber yards, cement/construction companies, sign makers, sign supply companies (they DO have 1/2" yay future bartop).

Not very common with places in Arizona, judging I'm in Indiana, but a place called menards sells 3/4" 4'x4' panels for custom orders. That is the best I know, sorry. ???
