Pre-made bartop cab control panel

I'm comparing my options for control panels for a custom built bartop cab. I've read countless articles on the debate on which is better and why... so I understand the difference in opinions between building your own panel and buying a pre-made. I've found great resources here by searching, reading stickies, etc, on building my own panel. If I go this route I believe I'll have all the information I'll need. My question that I can't seem to find an answer to is... are there any companies that sell pre-built control panels for bartop cabs? I'd like to compare the time saved, costs, look, etc to make a decision for mine. Thanks for any input you're able to give in advance!
