xxxx in 1 wiring
« on: December 26, 2012, 05:21:06 pm »
I got a 2019 in 1 board the other day, i wired it up with the atx power supply to an LCD monitor.  I dont get any response from the controls, however.  I can see the picture and it looks like it should work, but no controls work.  Do i need to wire up the regular switching power supply as well?  I have never used these boards so i am unfamiliar with the requirements, anybody have one of these?

yes,
it is a fully populated jamma harness.  right now i have the board running off the atx supply, it powers up and comes on screen.  I have the jamma harness connected, but i did not hook up the power leads from that harness, i was not sure if it needed them.  I have wired many cabinets, so i know how to wire, but not sure if it needs the power leads hooked up.
