Ghost N Goblins Cab universal CP? Similar one in other games?

Hi!
Since it seems impossible for me to find a original Ghost n goblins CP for sale, I wonder if the CP was used in any other cabs/games? Is it possible to find a CP for another game that matches the Ghost n goblins one?
Since this cab cannot be found in sweden i will have to build one... but without the correct CP or at least a similar one, it just feels like a waste of time :(

Please help me out here.

It is just wood, you can build one. At least I thought it was wood, my memory could be flaking on me, the dedicated Ghosts and Goblins left my gameroom a few months ago.

It's a Generic Capcom panel. A quick google search shows commando and bionic commando very similar, if not the same!
