Golden tee complete IT cab mame conversion how to do ?

I have a golden tee complete IT cabinet that works great, I have seen the arcade legends 3 games that have this cab and gme but also mame conversion so you can do both.  My first question is how do they run mame and GT, also has anyone done something like this.  I only have room for 1 arcade cabinet so I would like o do both out of this game.

There is a kit called the Perfect Solution that lets you run multiple IT boards on the same cab. I suppose it might be possible to run another standard JAMMA xxx-in-1 board, but I've never seen it done.

yes u can run a switch
as long as u leave power to the board and hard drive
on the gen 2 board >atx style power supply<
u would need to sep power supply's
as jama :dose: not feed the power

That switcher for IT boards is really expensive.   Since you are going towards a mame/golden tee combo you might be better off with a standard jamma switcher and deal with the power for the GT board separately.  It looks like either way there will be a bit of custom work to accommodate the differences in the IT board power.   A jpac, a PC and a multi jamma can be used to turn your machine into an arcade legends 3.  Of course you will have to build a Control Panel like the one used on the Legends 3 with joysticks and 6 buttons per player.

Ok I know this is kind of ass backwards but this might help you.  but I wanted golden tee so I put it in a dynamo z back and custom built a cp. 

I took a PSU out of an old computer and hooked it up to the GT board.  I build a power bypass on the PSU similar to this

So now it has its own switch so I can turn on the monitor alone and another for the GT.
as of now I have jamma tekken 3 in there but eventually I will put mame in and it will just depend one which switch I hit to turn on what games I wanna play.

I'm sure there are much better ways of doing this but it works for me
