If this is in the wrong forum, please move...anyways, Computer won't recognize keystroke from Ipac anymore after I installed a new PC in my arcade cabinet. I purchased a 56 input ipac from Ultimarc years ago that I have been using on a mame arcade machine with a home built control panel. The control panel has always worked fine, until recently. I recently installed a new computer into my cabinet running windows XP (which was also ran on the older computer). For some reason, none of my keys on the control panel work anymore. I plugged in the Ipac and tested it in wordpad and no keys work anymore. I tried finding drivers on your website thinking I may need to install something, but then read the i-pac does not need drivers. I'm trying to figure out what could be wrong. The only thing I'm doing different now is I am using a ps2 to USB convertor to plug it into the computer, it's not being plugged into a ps2 port anymore as I only have USB inputs on the new computer. Ipac still lights up when plugged in and windows recognizes it as a USB input device, yet keystrokes will not work. Please get back to me soon, I would appreciate it. Thanks, Douglas.
