GP Wiz 40 wiring question
« on: December 09, 2012, 11:49:55 am »
Ok so it has been a year since i started this project and life has slowed down enough for me to resume my cabinent.  http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,116542.msg1234832.html#msg1234832

I have 2 GP wiz40 controllers.  I have 4 players and 6 buttons each.  Now i know they are coded(the controllers) 1 and 2.  But for player wiring, does it matter which player sets are wired to what controller boards?
My layout from left to right on the cp is player3--->player1--->player 2--->player 4.  I have the GP wiz40 (1) between player 1 and 3.  GPwiz40(2) between 2 and 4.

My computer sees all boards correctly in windows but i just do not want to home run these and then have to redo it.  Or worse jimmy rig them and then have to change the layout for every game.

Included is a pic of CP.  I did switch the locations of the boards after this pic was taken.  Crappy quality but just in case my explaination doesnt make sense.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hope all is well with everyone.
