Help fix my Rock ola 2000x

So i bought this rocl ola 2000x for a hundred dollars. Its only playing out of one speaker on the bottom and the reader board only lets you choose to play top hits after puting in four quarters and plays the first songs on the first three cd's  . The guy i bought it off said it use to run perfect before he moved and he changed the reader board (not sure of the right name of it. the switch board u would play with to select songs). The bill collecter does not work now and the guy said it worked perfect before. I have the old reader board he took out and have not put it back in to see what that would change but seams like thats not going to be the only fixing im going to have to do. The cd unit works great. grabs cd's perfect. Also the one speaker that works the music is coming out it all distorted. Any help is good help, or any ideas you might have!!! Im more of a arcade guy but wanted to add this to my man cave and thought it would be a fun new project. Thanks guys for any help!!!

I changed out the reader board and its still doing the same thing. Some one told me the speakers might be blown but thats only one of the problems but when i put my ear up to the other speakers they make a sound like they are getting power but have no music coming threw them. I dont understand why the board wont let me do any thing but select top hits, i just want to be able to select songs and cds. Im dying for help!!
